🔹 Dutch Defense Chess Opening For Black –
♛ Find the Dutch Defense opening variations shown in the video in this blog-post –
The Dutch Defense is a simple and aggressive chess opening for Black against 1.d4. It occurs after Black plays 1…f5, taking control of the e4-square.
However, a common question among chess players regarding this opening is: What if White plays the London System or any other tricky gambit, such as the Staunton Gambit, against the Dutch Defense? How should these openings be countered? That’s exactly what GM Igor Smirnov addresses in this video lesson.
In this lesson, you will learn how to counter the London System setup with the Dutch Defense, specifically after the moves 1.d4 f5 2.Bf4.
GM Smirnov will show you a solid and aggressive opening setup that will challenge London System players. With this setup, you will be able to effectively attack their central pyramid of pawns and launch a kingside attack.
You will also learn how to counter other opening variations and early deviations, including the Staunton Gambit, Hopton Attack, and the Raphael Variation.

No matter how many of these I watch, my friends never play the moves they are supposed to
Dont like the dutch at all. It feels really weird to open the king that much. Is there another good opening against d4 for intermediate players? ?

Evil cape getting for world domination
Isn't it dutch def?
@3:05, can't they just move Knight to c5 to add an extra defender to the e4 square?
Great Video Igor but what if white plays 2.g3 and plays c4 before Nc3
If white delays castling his pawn storm on the king side might be hard to stop.
0:23 dont you think playing f5 on the first move is dangerous?
why don't you play tournaments? If you play, then please upload the videos!

Hey Igor, I am a 900 elo player. Been saying that I have to agree that I don't know these types of super thinking and I am generally, under circumstances, dumb. What I do understand, is that the Italian game, the bishops opening, the 2 and 4 knights, the fried liver and costage traps , as well as some other variations all can be played together as we see in GM games and they know all of these things too and theory etc. Is there perhaps a way that you can cater to us "dumb" players and make a video let's say about d4 where you help us in this why that I mentioned?
Please king's fianchetto opening tutorial give.
I love ALL of your videos, please make your next video about catalan please mr Igor!!
Is it important to see whole board while playing
My rating stuck in 1200 elo I solve daily puzzles and play games and analyse them still not improving how can I improve can you suggest me opening for white and black
Igor, you have to do a speed run from zero.
There's no one better, to talk us through all the openings, traps & tactics than you.

Bishops opening especially, ponziani & others.
All the Igor classics, taught & showcased in real time.
Please do this ✌️

Nice video, answering some of my , and others, questions. Thx!
