Wasting an position for just a bishop
There are several variations as both white and black. I fell into it as white from a CaroKann, only instead of c4 it was a4 and I lose the Bishop. I instead captured on f7 and mated my opponent 15 moves later. Lesson to beginners: Never Give Up Without a Fight!
