  1. Shout out to ContraPoints gettingna tweet featured, we stan our chess playing queen

  2. Didn’t expect to see a contrapoints tweet in here

  3. The word 'şah-ma' translates to 'The king is dead'

  4. What I’ve learned: if you win against a computer, it was going easy on you

  5. cant wait for him to get canceled for “basically making a video starring contrapoints”

  6. Somethings important to note about castling are:

    – you forefit your right to castle if either your king or the rook you wish to castle with have moved.

    – You cannot castle if the king's path crosses a check

  7. “Vibrating devices in your shoe or else where “😂

  8. I love playing black. With black my moves are a little more restricted and as an over anxious second, triple, or one thousandth guesser, I need that.

  9. … one that ends your life in three moves.

  10. I love levy but he isn’t a professional chess player lol.

  11. This is the Harry Potter that could have beaten that chess game at hogwarts

  12. Chess is an Indian sport so it would have been better if Samay Raina was called for this

  13. The Waffle House Has Found It's New Host

  14. Just ftr "Mat" or "Met," like in Arabic and Hebrew, more closely translates to "dead" than "trapped"

  15. "vibrating devices in their shoes or elsewhere"

  16. Bruh we literally still say šah mat here… Im mindblown

  17. bro in my country north macedonia and we call checkmate sahmat

  18. We live in a world where Levy is considered a chess pro 😂

  19. Im Dissapointed.
    He didnt say:
"But then, you sacrifice… THE ROOOOOOOK!"

  20. The waffle house has found his new host.

  21. 13:21 I am deeply dissapointed that he didnt said "and then we sacrificed… THE ROOK" and i want some compensation

  22. levy is everything but a chess pro wtf is this clickbait

  23. 13:28 this was the quietest rook sack comment by Levy that I have ever heard)

  24. The Waffle House has found it's new host.

  25. Yoo I literally said python too for magnus when you said slowly suffocating

  26. Lmao that last puzzle is one that keeps getting recommended to me in Instagram pocket chess ads. Didn’t know that it was morphy lol

  27. That check mate explanation makes no sense when you try to apply it to check. This guy is Persian.

  30. I thought Gotham chess liked vishy too

  31. Great video but thats not how you spell checkmate in Persian its شاه مات

  32. This would’ve been epic if you also got Eric Rosen for this one😂

  33. It resembles a horse but it's called a knight. In Italian is called simply "horse". Another difference: the "rook" we call it "tower".

  34. I love how wired are bringing videos based on chess personalities like Gotham and Kasparov. Like they literally have videos with the greatest chess player of all time teaching chess, also that video with gary was alright.
